Dinner Saturday night - a Chicken Veloute - a meal made using all 4 levels of my Thermomix. Vegetable stock in the bowl, potato and leek in the steaming basket, vegetable tagliatelli in the steaming bowl and chicken on the steaming tray. So in the end we had Potato and Leek Soup with vegie tagliatelli, steamed chicken and sauce thickened with Creme Fraiche and Dijon Mustard. Pizza Bianca to go with it - Pizza with garlic and rosemary. It was a bit hit !
