Strawberry Chia Pudding 400 grams (approx) of fresh strawberries, hulled 400ml can of coconut milk 85 grams (¼ cup) of brown rice syrup or maple syrup (or more or less to to taste) 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder 100 grams (½ cup) chia seeds 4-6 drops of doTERRA Lemon or Lime essential oil (see note below).
