Bruschetta - Great for parties and EASY to make. 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 TBL YIAH Mediterranean Olive Oil, 1-2 TBL YIAH Tomato and Herb Dip Mix, a dash of garlic salt. Slice french bread, layer with mozzarella or Parmesan cheese, top with 1 tsp. of tomato mixture and broil in oven for 2-3 minutes. Watch carefully so not to burn! Recipe: Honey Lemon Myrtle Chicken Kebabs 500g Chicken fillets – cut into cubes 2 tbls Lemon Myrtle Honey glaze 2 tbs warmed honey (makes it runny) Splash of Mediterranean Olive Oil Mix Oil, warmed honey & Glaze to a thin paste….marinade chicken cubes – the longer it stands the more the flavour develops. CHEESE BALL & MIXED DIP PLATTER | THE GREAT ENTERTAINER - 1 block of Philly Cheese, 1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese, 1/2 Mozzarella Cheese & 1 tablespoon of YIAH Country Onion & Chive Dip Mix and roll into a ball - then roll ball in Bay of Bengal Curry Dip mix. All dip mixes can be made with 1 cup Sour Cream & 1 tablespoon of Mayo with 1 tablespoon of YIAH Dip Mix of your choice.
