5/6 - Beginning of year Perspective Name study  Students measured a space to create bubble letters for their name.  Then they used a vanishing point to put the name in perspective. 5/6 - Halloween Symmetrical Masks  Students sponge-painted with neon colors in the background (photo doesn't do the vibrancy justice).  Then they designed a unique mask and transferred a half sheet of black paper to create symmetrical positive and negative space. 1/2 - "Nemo"s  Students watched a clip about clown fish and learned what a symbiotic relationship is.  They made a coral background with oil pastels, then created an anemone out of a TP roll, and made their Nemo out of model magic.  These looked great all on the wall together.
