Carob chip blondies! Sorry it took so long to post the recipe, but here it is! Recipe: Blend 1 can rinsed garbanzo beans, 2 Tbsp coconut flour, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt, 1 egg, 2/3 cup almond milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, & 2 Tbsp stevia. Then mix in 1/4 cup carob chips (or more =P). Pour into coconut oil greased 9x9 pan & bake for 40 minutes at 350! #eatclean #healthy #blondies #baking #
