With an infinity edge, rebated bluestone coping, rendered masonry retaining walls and hardwood timber decking, it’s an elegant and simple outdoor living space. KMD Outdoor enjoyed developing a strong working relationship with the garden owners.

KMD Outdoor Construction was engaged by the owners of this new home to design and build a garden to complement the relaxed and contemporary nature of their property. The resulting space draws on the owner’s desire for a simple yet striking entry statement. The design consists of a cobblestone driveway, large bluestone stepping stones in gravel, and associated planting. A timber bridge leads to the front door over a reflection pond and copper water feature.

The client’s brief for this project was to renovate the pool at their Sydney harbourside home. Upon commencing the job, however, KMD Outdoor Construction realised the entire pool shell was rusted and unstable, requiring immediate removal and replacement. KMD hand drilled piers through rock to stabilise the new pool’s foundations. Finished with glass mosaic tiles and sandstone paving, the new pool not only looks stunning; it’s definitely built to last. Landscape Design: KMD Outdoor Construction
