1 1/2 cups of nuts (we used almond, pecan and walnut) blend in a food processor for a few seconds. Add in 3/4 cup of oats and blend for a couple of seconds then stir through 1/4 cup buckwheat, 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds and pepitas, 3 tbls peanut butter or nut butter, 3-4 tbls maple syrup and 1/2 to 3/4 cup of coconut oil (melted). Press firmly into silicon moulds and top with raw cacao made from 3/4 cup coconut oil, 1 cup cacao powder, 2-3 tbls maple syrup and a pinch of Himalayan salt.
