Steep 1 Chai teabag in 8oz of boiling water for 10 minutes  On the stove, heat 3/4 cup coconut milk (don’t boil)  Remove the tea bag from water and add warm coconut milk  Gently stir through 1 or 2 teaspoons chia seeds (I use @bareblends ) and let sit for 3 minutes www.kyliepax.com/bootcamp
