White and red potatoes are controversial in the Paleo/Primal world due to their high starch content, but they're still considered whole foods and they're also cheap. Just limit your overall intake and you should be fine. :-) This recipe also contains buttermilk and cheddar cheese. Raw, full fat dairy, especially fermented, is best, followed by organic, non-homogenized dairy.
