Vista 8 ~ This swanky new student accommodation development needed a promotional brochure and outdoor marketing to draw the attention of local and overseas investors. After a consultation with the project developers, Liquid created a standalone brand and marketing set which captured the imagination of investors, helping Vista 8 sell a record number of apartments in just 6 weeks.

Pearl Beach~An property developer needed the ultimate high-end marketing material to attract local & international investors to this prestigious resort. Liquid came up with a cut through brand story of understated sophistication & luxury. We designed a palette built onto a classic grid structure & went beyond its usual brief to direct on their selection of interiors & furniture. Liquid created high-end brochures & online appeal which proved enticing to investors, including Chinese marketing.

ISEAL’s mission is to be a world-leading sports research institute, but their branding and marketing material were looking decidedly unsophisticated. Liquid’s brief was to turn that perception around and help ISEAL project their state of the art research and technology. Liquid injected energy into a new design for ISEAL’s printed material, collaborating with the institute’s leaders to build a marketing platform that communicated the strength of their research to industry.

Liquid designed an innovative new brand look injecting warmth & fun, projecting the school’s values & delivering market appeal across a number of communications mediums.

They needed a sophisticated look to market their product’s unique homemade, natural goodness to stores, supermarkets & fussy consumers! Liquid crafted an elegant design, added lashings of earthy colour & exotic product names & packaging copy – then stirred. The result – a premium food brand with style, a sense of decadence & lots of shelf appeal.
