Bacon Tomato Tartlets. Use fresh basil, fresh grated or minced onion and Swiss cheese. Also can use real bacon bits. Option 10 oz rotel tomatoes drained, 3 oz bacon bit pkg, 1 c Hellman's mayo, 1 c shredded cheese (Swiss, Italian blend). Mix, put in mini phyllo tart shells(thawed) 3 pkgs of 15. Bake 350 for 15 min. Good hot or cold. Much easier
