Crispy oyster mushrooms with soft maple roasting butternut squash on a bed of whipped tahini butter beans🍄🟫 "GET The Complete Plant Based Cookbook Over 200+ Delicious Vegan Recipes"— LINK IN BIO🔗 Recipe:- De-seed, peel and slice your butternut squash and roast in oil for 45 minutes, coating in a maple and paprika seasoning in the last 10 minutes. To make the oyster mushrooms, shred into strips and rinse and dry. Dry fry in a pan with NO OIL until all the moisture has left the mushrooms. Then add a dash paprika, 1/2 tsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp of cornflour and mix well. Add to pan with hot oil already in and then fry until golden and crispy. Butterbean whip: 1/2 jar butter beans, 1 tbsp tahini and 2 tbsp nooch. Plate up and top with pesto. 🎥 @Veganexplorergirl #veganrecipies
