Recipe: Honey Lemon Myrtle Chicken Kebabs 500g Chicken fillets – cut into cubes 2 tbls Lemon Myrtle Honey glaze 2 tbs warmed honey (makes it runny) Splash of Mediterranean Olive Oil Mix Oil, warmed honey & Glaze to a thin paste….marinade chicken cubes – the longer it stands the more the flavour develops.
