Baked Feta and Tomato Risotto
30min · 1 serving Ingredients: • 1/2 block of creamy feta (approx 100g) • 1 x punnet cherry tomatoes • 2 tbsp olive oil • Salt and pepper • 1 clove of garlic • 1 sprig of fresh basil, fine sliced • 1 x packet of Ben's Original Tomato & Italian Herb Method: • 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C • 2. In a small baking dish add your tomatoes, olive oil, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. • 3. Place your feta in the middle of the dish and drizzle a little more oil over the top. • 4. Bake in the oven until golden brown, around 30 mins • 5.
