Eat sweet treats that nourish your body. All recipes are gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free and Vegan.
BLISS BALLS I used: - 1 cup Nuts (mix of almonds, cashews, hazelnuts) - 1/4 cup Goji Berries - 1/4 cup Chia Seeds - 8 Medjool Dates (pitted) - 1/2 cup Coconut (shredded) - 2 TBS Cacao Powder - 1 TBS Rice Malt Syrup 1. Whiz up in a food processor. 2. Form into balls between your hands 3. Roll into chia seeds, cacao, coconut OR leave it plain.  xx

ALMOND CRUMBLE DOUGH  FIRST make Almond Butter: -Put 3 cups of Natural Almonds in a food processor and whiz for 20-30minutes or until paste has formed. THEM  Almond Dough Crumble - I used half of the Almond Butter mixture and added; 2 TBS of Rice Malt Syrup and 2 TSP Ground Cinnamon and whizzed for 1-2mins - The Rice Malt Syrup changes the consistency of the Almond Butter completely BUT it turned out, that my accident ended up being pure tasty happiness .z  xx

PB • B I T E S   I used: - 1Cup Raw Almonds - 4 TBS Natural Peanut Butter - 8 Medjool Dates (pitted and halved) - Himalayan Salt (few pinches) Throw all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until a grainy sticky texture between your fingers is formed. Delicately roll into small balls. Keep refrigerated or in the freezer.  I garnished with: my raw chocolate and crushed peanuts   XX

RAW Choc Mint Ice Cream  One of my favourites ... completely nourishing and vegan.   I just had to make some more of this delicous, creamy, smooth minty ice cream with chunks of mint chocolate fudge and chocolate ICE MAGIC drizzle on top YUM  xx
