Breakfast wontons: Spray cupcake pans with vegetable spray. Put wonton wrappers in cupcake pan. Bake wonton wrappers for 5 minutes at 350. Mix ground sausage links, scrambled eggs, cilantro, and diced onion. Put a dollop of cream cheese at the bottom of each wonton wrapper. Put baked egg mixture in each wonton. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Add shredded cheese to top. Bake for 3 more minutes or until wontons are browned.
