Low Carb Cauliflower Pizza Base~makes 2! 2 c riced cauliflower*2 cshredded cheese – mozzarella & Parmesan*2 eggs beaten*2 tsp oregano*2 cloves garlic*pinch salt.Olive oil for brushing. Base: 200-220 degrees. Lightly grease 2 trays or line w/paper. Mix  cauliflower, egg,cheese til combined.Add oregano, garlic,salt & mix some more. Scoop1/2 mix on trays.shape  mix (it will be quite wet) into  base. thinner crust will be crisper than thick one.Bake15-20 min til  golden.
