Splendid Fairy-wren (Malurus splendens), also known simply as the splendid wren or more colloquially in Western Australia as the blue wren.

Walk amongst kangaroos in Australia.. This is a goal of mine once I graduate from college.

Walking amongst the kangaroos was so much fun! We were able to pet and feed them. I was so surprised at how soft their fur is. You will see Kangaroos in Australia like we see deer in Michigan

I was SO surprised to learn that the Kookaburra, common in my home state, was introduced to Tasmania. Never thought this bird could be an interloper in parts of Australia. It just seems to be rather an icon.
