Preserved Blood Limes (with Lemon Myrtle or Aniseed Myrtle Leaf). Ingredients:  700gms Blood Limes.  2 tablespoons coarse cooking salt.  1 cinnamon stick.  1 teaspoon cardamom seeds.  1 teaspoon black peppercorns.  1 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds.  1 dried bay leaf.  2 cups of Blood Lime juice (or lemon juice).  Optional: 1 teaspoon of either Ground Lemon .Myrtle or Aniseed Lemon Myrtle.
