1hr · 12 servings Ingredients • 1 cup peanut butter (can sub cashew, almond, or sunbather) • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled • 1/3 cup maple syrup, best at room temperature • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • pinch salt, plus flaky salt to top chocolate chips (measure with the soul) Method • Combine peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt together in a medium bowl and mix until smooth and well combined. Add chocolate chips and stir to incorporate. Transfer to a parchment paper lined 8x8 pan and use a spatula or back of a spoon to smooth out to the edges. Top with extra chocolate chips and flaky sea salt. Place in freezer to set, about 1-2 hours. Remove, let thaw for a few minutes, and enjoy! Store in freezer.
