She eventually committed suicide.The story of their tumultuous relationship, and Shelley's romantic life wouldn't fit in 1,000 characters. His Wikipedia article is worth reading, not to mention his poetry.

(Thatford hoard) Gold ring with a raised bezel in the form of a vase, flanked by birds and containing a glass setting. The hoop of the ring is narrow and rectangular in section. The shoulders are modelled as small birds with large heads and short tails. Between them rises the bezel in the form of a squat vase with reeded sides, a foot-ring, and a flat rim with a beaded border. This contains a square cushion-shaped setting in blue-green glass.
