Chargrilled Vegetable Pizza - and another little pizza to the collection. If your anything like me you know it can be frustrating to have the leftovers of stuff when you buy it in a pre set amount and the last thing you want is to have to eat the same thing again. This kind of helps take care of other uses for some of those ingredients from the baked Italian chicken recipe, the tomato paste from the other pizza (if you buy it in a tin) and it's really quite tasty and quick.
Green Vegetable Couscous - this is a super quick and easy side and it's really easy to add and subtract greens to it too. I don't always go with every ingredient so it stays cheap and versatile for a tight budget
