1.7M views · 29K reactions | Easy fall time treat | Easy fall time treat I make a pecan upside down cake. | By Justine Kameron | Some pecan halves, one stick, two sticks of butter, Now, I have some brown sugar here. We're going to do one cup of brown sugar right in there. Now, we are going to mix this up until the butter melts and that sugar caramelizes. This is going to be super easy and delicious, you guys. Okay. Let's turn up this heat to you know, medium high and get this going. Alright. Now that it's boiling, let's give it a nice stir. Oh, it's getting nice and thick just like what we wanted. Okay, I think it needs one more minute and then this is going to be ready. Okay, this is nice and caramelized. Look at those pecans. They look absolutely delicious and we are putting this right into our loaf pan. Oh my gosh. We have all that extra butter in there. This is going to be delicious. I think we're only going to use about half of what we made and then, we're going to spread that out on the bottom of our sheet pan just like so. Oh, it looks delicious. Oh, it looks so good. Smells delicious. I'm going to get a little bit more, I think, right, babe? Yeah. Nah, I just fill it up. I mean I don't know what you're making but it looks good. Okay. Right on the bottom of our loaf pan. That looks amazing. Okay. And I did grease this loaf pan. Now I'm going to put this to the side. I'm going to grab a bowl and a whisk. And I have here a super moist butter recipe yellow cake. Cuz the theme today is butter. Everything's better with butter. Brings up whole box. Now, for some extra flavor, I have cinnamon apple sauce. Yep and the best part about apple sauce is that you do not need eggs, oil, or water when you add apple sauce to your cake mix. Oh yeah. Okay. So we're just going to whisk together the cake mix and the apple sauce and then we're going to have a perfect cake batter. It's that easy. Two ingredients and then we have that beautiful pecan mixture. This is going to be delicious together. Yummy. It's like fall in here this is such a great dessert for Thanksgiving but I'm going to be making it all fall because it is just too good and winter yeah okay that looks just about right there's no you know powdered left in our mixture this is going to be so good guys okay move this to the side we're going to go ahead and grab our little loaf pan and with this recipe you can get two loafs out of there why we didn't use our whole pecan mixture. Oh wow. Remember we greased this loaf pan. Okay, so we're going to use half of our applesauce batter. Save the rest for a second loaf. Kinda just shimmy that so it flattens out a little bit. That looks beautiful. Okay, you guys. My oven is set to 350 and this is going to cook for 35 minutes. Alright, you guys. This looks incredible. Alright, now we're going to go ahead and flip this baby out of the pan. Did it come off? My goodness. That looks so delicious. It really does. Oh, okay. Let's go ahead and cut a slice. I cannot wait any longer. Oh my goodness. It's going to be so good. Oh yeah. Look at that. Perfectly cool. Yeah. Yummy. Our delicious apple pecan cake upside down cake is ready to be enjoyed. I'm just going to go like that and make it easy on myself. It's good. That is too good, you guys. Oh my gosh, I'm going to eat the whole cake.

So, I'm not adding a lot of sugar today. So, we want to get those on the bottom then I'm going to add a box of angel food. This is the one that you just add water but today, we're not even adding water. This is going to be so easy. We're going to dump this in. We're using the juice from the peaches. I'm just trying not to get this all over. There it goes and it's just one little box of that. I'm using Betty Crocker and this is a an old-fashioned dump cake recipe and you guys, this is so easy for a quick dessert. Two ingredients. That's it. I promise you and it's old fashion. I think it's all coming back. We used to do this in the day and now, we're bringing it back. I'm going to mix that and fold it. I'm not going to use the beater because I think it just smooshes the peaches. Now, you could, you could cut the peaches if you want but I'm trying to make this an easy, easy go-to recipe that you're going to use for your next party or dinner party or just a quick dessert at night look at that and it smells so good oh it smells great smell good I love peaches been kind of craving spring time I think we all have and I know with Easter the holiday coming up this might be a really cute go-to little dessert two ingredients okay we've got it mixed up and you guys I feel so guilty that's it that is it is it and just keep getting it off the bottom like I always do that folding, mixing, folding, mixing. I'm going to spray the pan with my canola. You could butter it but like I said, I want this to be quick, easy. If I can get this out of here, I think we need a new one. Anyway, just spray that so it doesn't stick and this is it guys. We're just going to put this in and oh man, those peaches smell so good and that's okay. If we've got a little canola, it won't stick on the bottom and we're just going to mix that in. We're going to get it in the corners. Look how that fluffs up. Just take a look at that. Almost looks like marshmallows. It does look like marshmallow. It doesn't it. It does. It smells like marshmallow. This is the angel food. One box of cake mix. That's it. No water. We're using that peach juice and you guys this is it and we're going to mix that in and Put it in the corners. There we go. I'm going to try to get just a little bit more. Just all that goodness off the bottom. See? Look at that. It does, it looks like marshmallow fluff. Okay, there we go. That is it. And we're going to put this in the oven I'm going to mix and get that off the side for 25 minutes, 350 okay we took this out of the oven 350 for 25 and look at that if you could just smell this it just turned out beautifully it does rise so that's where the big pan comes in and as it cools it kind of settles like Angel Food Cake does okay but you know I'm not going to wait too long and I'm add a little cinnamon on top, little cool whip, and a little tiny peach that I cut in half. I always save something to the side and let's just see how this turns out. Oh my goodness. If you could just smell this, I'm going to go all the way across because I'm going to take this centerpiece right here. Look at that. So, look at this cake. It's got a little crunch on the top because it is angel food and it's got peaches. Look how white and fluffy that is and I'm going to add a little ready whip. Who doesn't like a little whipped cream? I do. Look at that and I took a couple of peaches out and I'm just going to set one on top make it a little fancy you don't have to and I'm going to add look at that little cinnamon delicious our peach angel food So good. You gotta try this.
