We are going to remove all the peel. Remembering not to remove the part of the onion where it is attached. Just remove the peel and remove the small part of the top of the onion. Now we take a lid of the container. Put the onion inside like this and we are going to make some cuts in the onion. We make several cuts first on one side and then on the other.
