Just me?! ⁠ ⁠ Ingredients:⁠ - 1 large head broccoli, steamed⁠ - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil ⁠ - 2 cloves garlic, smashed, or 1 large clove ⁠ - 1 lemon, zested ⁠ - 1 tsp sea salt ⁠ - 50g (1.7oz) parmesan cheese⁠ ⁠ Method:⁠ Preheat the oven to 200°C or 390°F. ⁠ ⁠ Steam the broccoli florets for 5-6 minutes. ⁠ ⁠ Add the broccoli florets to a lined baking tray. Smash gently with a cup. ⁠ ⁠ Drizzle the olive oil over the broccoli. Add the garlic, lemon zest and sea salt. Grate the parmesan cheese over the top.
