Halloumi, fresh beet root and rocket. Impress the crowd with this one. no matter how crappy your day at work you could look forward to this for lunch in your break. A delicious pomegranate sugar free dressing would work well on this.

IQS Program - Deconstructed Hamburger in a Bowl I just like the idea behind this one. I have never really liked eating hamburgers the traditional way. I tend to take them apart anyways. Perfect for me.

Dukkah Crusted Chicken: Another option I know my whole family will love. My theme in chosing meal option is 'simple' and 'family friendly'. A family of five means I have to chose things that are easy to prepare and cook and that will get eaten!!

Who needs a greasy pub meal when this is on offer, saying good buy to my old fashion chicken schnitzel and hello to dukkah crusted chicken

Poached Eggs on toast: I have three young kids so my sugar free menu needs to accommodate everyone's tastes. I've chosen this breakfast option because my kids love eggs (and toast!) It's also easy peasy.
