Yeps. Only I dont let on when I sense the lies. I tend to understand why they were told and judge that for my next move.

Wow. Spot on. I think that's why I have a struggle with humility as well.... I am so afraid I will ostracize myself... so I make suggestions from a hesitant space.... it still is a powerful thing nonetheless... but I am grateful to be more confident at this point.
