Smoky chicken & bean stew I cook a whole chicken to make my own stock. Shred the chicken and I switch the borlotti beans for dry sprouted mixed beans. Throw in a can of black beans and discovered that left over corn sliced off the cob is wonderful in this stew. 10 times more delicious than it looks.
