I love the versatility of a simple granola. It's ability to turn any old breakfast into something super satisfying. I sprinkle it on plain yoghurt overnight oats smoothie bowls and sometimes a salad to add that lil extra pizazz. Having a simple recipe at the ready is super handy especially when you've drained your staple granola jar of all it's goodness again an occurrence which happens more frequently than desired. Pure bliss  plus wet feet and a few aching muscles but when the scenery is this good who would care! Today we explored the Blue Mountains from Blackheath hiking along the Grand Canyon Trail it was no easy feat with the pathways turned to streams and puddles but the reward was well worth it. Rainforest waterfalls trickling streams cliff faces it was so beautiful not to mention a fun adventure. You can see more in my story. Now for some well earned cheese and vino  . #bluemountains…
