Love that our daily commute is slowed down by Swans crossing the road with their babies (cygnets). Quintessentially Melbourne!

One fine day in the Emerald City. What I love about inner city living are the juxtapositions of grand old buildings like the beautiful South Melbourne Town Hall, (once called Emerald Hill), the council flats on park street. Small houses with small backyards; great parks where parents and children come together. Then of course there's the Melbourne obsession with coffee - so cafes have sprung up that look after mum's cafe addiction whilst toddlers can explore and roam.
