airodrome, Altona Nth... No words can describe how it feels when you first set eyes on endless wall to wall trampolines. Ok, Mamma will try ... it's a teeny bit awesome and she couldn't get the smile off her face at this place! Try somersaulting into giant foam pits, running up trampoline walls then finish with some super duper bouncing. An excellent alternative to the usual play centre action. Airodrome is for 3 yo + but they have weekly 'mums & bubs' sessions.

Nuevo Latino is a taste of El Salvador in West Footscray. The middle of this long room is permanently set with a stage. When bands aren't playing (usually Friday to Sunday), films are projected onto the wall. But these small gripes fade into the background of this cosy, fun, family-run cantina. Guest chefs with Latin American heritage take over the kitchen on Sundays to cook their home country's menu; there's live music to match.
