It’s a truckload!) - 2 gloves garlic, finely chopped - 220g lean beef mince - 400g can of crushed tomatoes - 2 medium tomatoes, chopped - 1 zucchini, coarsely grated - 1 carrot, coarsely grated - 3 fresh lasagne sheets
