Pancakes:  Almond meal Wholemeal Spelt Flour Zucchini Spinach Eggs Almond milk Salt & Pepper  Chicken & Mushroom Sauce:  Chicken & onion diced, brown in pan. Add in mushrooms & can of coconut milk.
