This book assists early childhood educators, in whatever service or setting, to meet the requirements of the National Quality Standard. It provides a background to the National Quality Framework, discusses the development of a QIP, including identifying strengths and determining quality improvement, and looks closely at the assessment and rating process, and how services can prepare for this and work towards developing the best possible service for their communities, families and children.
