Molten Chocolate Cake in a Mug! This recipe happens to be gluten-free, but doesn't require a trip to the health food store to make. The recipe is a little disjointed to read, but anybody who has done any baking should be able to figure it out.

300g (10oz) brussels sprouts      2 tablespoons fish sauce      1 tablespoon sherry vinegar or rice wine vinegar      1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes      small handful pinenuts, optional    1.
