When you imagine a fabulous closet, chances are it's a walk in closet. But many homes are built with simple reach in closets.

When you imagine a fabulous closet, chances are it's a walk in closet. But many homes are built with simple reach in closets.

Here you have 3 individual wooden boxes built to fit the width and length of a laundry basket. Approximately 22 inches wide, 25 to 27 inches deep and 4 ½ to 5 feet tall. Using 1” x 2” runners for the baskets to slid on.  If you wanted to build multiple stacks like in this picture as a connected unit you could eliminate one of the side panels, double the length of the top piece and just add runners on both sides of the side wall between the columns.
