Raspberry jam almond thumb print cookies. I used 1 cup plus vegan butter, 1 cup of sugar, 2 tsp of almond extract cups of flour, a scant tsp of baking powder and a pinch of salt. Baked for 15 minutes. Drizzled with icing as per the recipe. Delicious!
