This recipe isnt called Easy Custard Slices for nothing it makes use instant pudding/custard powder for the filling and pre-made puff pastry so that you get consistent results every time! Even better, you can whip these delicious treats up in less than 45 minutes, which makes them a practical option for last-minute tea parties. Make sure to serve them fresh for maximum flavour.
Chocolate Slice ~ Exclusively Food. This is a classic. Easy to make and easier to eat. I really recommend this recipe. I had to add more milk to the icing to make it runny enough to spread but otherwise, absolutely perfect. Yum!
Pretty much read the recipe and decided I am going to make them tomorrow (it is no bake! perfect for summer) my only deciding factor is if I have sweetened condensed milk... but hey maybe I could ride my bike to the store and work off some of the calories that I will gain by eating these things!
