Emelia Jackson on Instagram: "Welcome back to my 12 days of christmas, sweety treaty edition; part 9 is for my Southern Hemisphere girlies; Mango Weiss Sandwiches Everyones favourite no churn icecream recipe (ie: cream + sweetened condensed milk) turned into an Australian Icon; the Weiss Bar. 600g thickened cream, whipped to semi-stiff peaks 300g sweetened condensed milk 2 mangos pureed with juice of 1 lime 1 tsp vanilla bean paste 100g macadamias, roasted and chopped roughly 24 milk biscuits Line the tin with baking paper (8 inch square tin i used) and then 12 of the biscuits. Mix all the parfait ingredients together and pour over biscuits. Top with 12 more of the biscuits and set overnight before slicing into bars. HAPPY EATING."

Claudia B on Instagram: "If you’re going to make one dessert this is the one! 1 box Kanafa 1/2 stick of butter melted 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream 2 cups chapped pistachios 1 cap full of orange blossom Syrup 2 cups sugar 1 cup water Juice of 1/2 a lemon 1 cap full of orange blossom First things first Make the syrup Heat sugar & water in a small pot on medium heat until sugar dissolves Simmer on low for about 15-20 minutes now add juice & orange blossom. This should be slightly thick and a light amber color. Store in a glass jar and chill.
