Personal training historically has been looked at as only available to the wealthy. With the addition of group training and small group training it has made Personal Training more affordable to the masses which is a great thing getting more people involved with exercise, in particular strength training. However I still see people everyday who question the cost of paying for exercise, and usually these same people are coming to see me for a specific health problem. Click to read more.
