Happy Friday! I am SO looking forward to the weekend! l love weekend baking and this apple bread is just the thing...so delicious and very easy to make, it is dense but moist and has a beautiful sweetness soley from apples.  If you can stew your own apples it adds to the flavor, but store bought (apples only, no added nasties) applesauce will work no problem if you'd like!  We've been enjoying it with cashew butter and some homemade Strawberry Lime Chia Jam.  You can catch a glimpse of it…

Pear and Lime Mini loaves ...these zesty little guys are perfect for spring and Easter brunch menus. They are sooo good I can stop eating them  As always they are GF, dairy free and can easily be made vegan.
