Butter Churner
It’s easy to make small batches of fresh butter for the table with this hand-crank device. Simply add fresh heavy or whipping cream to the churner jar, then crank the handle to turn the liquid into solid butter after about 10 to 12 minutes. The buttermilk byproduct from the process is great for use in baking, too. Comes with instructions and recipes for flavored butters.
