Kingsford Path
This home in the Sydney suburb of Kingsford, a suburb rich in Federation and California Bungalow houses, has been given a major facelift. To maintain the heritage ambience of the streetscape the owners have selected a tessellated pattern - the Glasgow with a Norwood border - for the pathway and verandah, to complement the traditional styling of the panelled front door and sidelights.
Federation cottage in Dulwich Hill
A young Sydney couple have embarked on the daunting challenge of renovating their first home - a Federation cottage in Dulwich Hill, from top to bottom, front to back. The facade, front garden and tiled areas are the final pieces in this epic jigsaw, a jigsaw which has been as intricate as the Fitzroy tessellated pattern they chose for the path and verandah.
