Put garlic clove, chickpeas, 3 tblspns oil, peanut butter, lemon juice, salt & cumin in food processor & blitz to a knobbly purée.  Add 4 tblspns  Greek yogurt & process again. If hummus is still very thick add another 1–2 tblspns yogurt & same of oil.
