An Optima Health lunch bowl with all my favourite things! ✨A greens base, baby roma tomatoes, yellow capsicum, roasted zucchini chunks, some goats cheese, olives, corn off the cob, crunchy chickpeas and almonds. I had this alongside a cup of my soup of the moment - pea and ham. Happy day lovely people
Last night's crunchy slaw with a pomegranate and Dijon dressing. Super simple, super crunchy and super healthy!
Mediterranean salad with roasted capsicum, zucchini and eggplant. Sprinkled with almond meal and herbs before roasting. Mixed with spinach leaves, baby roma tomatoes, green olives and almonds. Fresh and healthy! 🌱I will be enjoying a big bowl of this as part of my lunch today! Happy Monday friends!

Easy peasy homemade popsicles to cool down on this lovely warm day here in Perth. These fruity coconut treats are healthier and cheaper alternatives to the sugar laden icy poles that we are surrounded by. This one already has a sneaky bite taken out of the corner...obviously I couldn't wait!
Well it's been a cool, rainy day here in Perth ☔️ Naturally I found myself craving something more hearty and warming for lunch. I love love love soup, so I quickly whipped up this 'odds and ends' veggie and quinoa soup this morning while I worked away 🍵🌽🍅🍠🍆When it can time to eat, I added a little bit of leftover chicken for some extra protein and some avo on toast (@strangegrainsbakery represent!) for an extra energy hit 👊. Super quick, super healthy, super easy and super warming
Leftover lunchin' 👌| Roasted a tray of veggies yesterday - cabbage, white sweet potato and cauliflower - which made for a quick and easy lunch for today. I added some celery greens, spinach, tomato and smoked rainbow trout for some extra oomf! Happy day lovelies
