It's extremely simple to make! - 2 cups of nut milk - 1 tsp grated turmeric - 1 tsp ground turmeric - 1/2 tsp ground ginger - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - Honey to taste Place ingredients in saucepan over low heat and simmer for 5 mins or so until warm and combined. Relax and let your body be restored. Really soothing before bed!
