Cast iron transformation with @jodyagram Hard to believe it has been a year since I posted this first cast iron restoration video - that is now close to 29 million views. Still blows my mind. Restoring vintage cast iron started as a hobby… and, well, continues to be just a hobby. But I have appreciated all the kind words I’ve received from folks, and hope it’s inspired some of you to collect, or restore, or even just cook with some nice cast iron of your own. #castrion #forever #vintage ...

Stop cleaning your cutting board with harsh cleaners
There’s an easy (and natural) way you can clean, sanitize, and condition the wood with everyday ingredients in your kitchen. All you need is baking soda, 1/2 lemon, and olive oil. 1. Wash the cutting board with a mild dish soap. 2. Sprinkle baking soda on the surface and then squeeze 1/2 lemon on it. The acid in the lemon juice will react with the baking soda to fizz. 3. Use the 1/2 lemon to scrub the cutting board. Lemon juice is a natural disinfectant that kills germs and bacteria, while the baking soda is a mild abrasive that cleans all the crevices of the cutting board and helps to deodorize it too. 4. Rinse well and then pat dry. Add about 1 tsp of olive oil to the board and use a clean towel to rub it in. The oil helps to condition the wood.

How To Make DIY Thieves Cleaner - And Thieves Oil Blend
This thieves cleaner recipe uses castile soap and several essential oils to make your own natural multi-purpose cleaning spray from scratch. You don't need to buy thieves oil to make this spray. You can make your own homemade essential oil blend using rosemary, eucalyptus, clove, orange and cinnamon oils that works just as well as the pricier, premade thieves concentrate.
How to Get Rid of Hard Water Stain in Toilet
You clean your toilet regularly, and it still looks horrible because of hard water stains in the bowl. Water from many municipal systems and wells contains minerals like magnesium, calcium, and iron. If the mineral level is high, they can cling to surfaces as rusty or chalky white stains leaving a ring or streaks in the toilet bowl. Luckily, you can remove hard water stains with a bit of elbow grease, patience, and cleaning products you probably have on hand.
