Shepard's pie!  This is my fiancées favorite. I boil the potatoes with olive oil and salt & sometimes garlic as that's cooking I brown the hamburger I add in Worcestershire sauce ad season the meat. I also cool all of my vegetables with the meat. I pretty much use every vegetable I have in the house. Corn, carrots, green beans, peas, stewed tomatoes, fresh tomatoes and whatever else. I place it all in a glass bread pan sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake for 20 to 30 minuets. So good.

Broccoli and Rice Casserole in your slow cooker could be the easiest meal you make this holiday season.

So easy & really really good! Tater tot casserole! Directions: Preheat oven 350, Brown 1 pd hamburger an onions, drain grease. Mix in can of cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup of milk, an 1 t oregano. Mix together and pour into a casserole pan. Cover the meat sauce with frozen tator tots. Use however much you choose, just make sure it is all covered. Bake til golden brown about 45 mins

Oven-Fried Eggplant   1/2 c FF Mayo  1T minced onion  cut eggplant in 1/2 inch slices  1 C  breadcrumbs  1 C grated Parmesan cheese  1 1/2 t dried Italian seasoning   cooking spray or olive oil  heat oven to 425 Combine mayo, onion  spread over both sides.  Mix breadcrumbs, cheese and Italian seasoning in a shallow bowl; dredge eggplant in breadcrumb mixture.  Place sliced eggplant on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake @ 425 for 12 min Turn over &  bake 12 min or until golden.
