Cut-Out Shortbread - Anjea's note: Yum! I added vanilla, otherwise followed directions to a 'T.' Dough worked out beautifully, and after chilling rolled dough I didn't even have to flour my cutter. Baked for 14 min. Minimal spread. Cool on cookie sheet. These practically melt in your mouth - a very light and delicate texture that is absolutely delicious. Curious to see how they support RI.
