I did this one summer and it actually works amazingly. I didn't even finish up the whole 5 weeks but I lost 5lbs of fat and got nice lean muscle. The first week will be most difficult but once you get going you'll be glad. Just make sure that you really watch what you eat. Lots of chicken/lean meats and fruits/vegetables/water.
